The pupils must receive support, and they must be encouraged to develop professionally and socially.
The school must be inclusive, engaging and challenging.
This should form the basis of our view of the pupils and our view of the teacher's role.

All pupils
- wish to be seen
- wish to master
- learn differently
- have resources
- have a desire for security
View of the teaching role
All adults should
- be professionally and pedagogically competent
- be aware of their way of communicating
- be fair
- build positive relationships
- be collaboration partners and employers for the students
Goal setting
Everyone should have
- solid basic knowledge and be able to use this in other professional and practical contexts.
- ability to be critical and analytical about information.
- ability to use different strategies in a learning situation.
- ability and willingness to share knowledge with each other.
- ability to reflect on own attitudes and values.
