The school health service
The school health service is a statutory service in all primary and secondary schools. In Askøy municipality, all schools have regular days when a health nurse is present. See an overview on the website for your local school.
The school health service is one health services for all pupils in primary school, secondary school and upper secondary school (link to Health Norway).
In the school health service, you can talk to a health nurse and sometimes also a school doctor, physiotherapist and psychologist. Those who work there have a duty of confidentiality.

Resource team
The school health nurse collaborates with the school's management in the Resource Team. Those who are part of the team are a health nurse, resource team leader, principal, PPT and contact teacher. The group has meetings according to a set plan.
