You can safely send us documents and letters, even if they contain sensitive information or are exempt from public disclosure.
If you have received a letter digitally from the municipality, you can use the link in the message you have received to respond to the letter.
Send letters to us digitally
If you want to send an inquiry without having received a letter beforehand, or the shipment does not contain a reply link, do the following:
- Select service area/department from the list below
- Log in using the ID portal (for example, use MinID or BankID).
- Follow the wizard (instructions when filling out).
Services and departments you can send digital mail to:
Pedagogical-psychological service (PPT)
Construction and subdivision matters, surveying matters and zoning plans
Self-declaration on freedom of concession
Forwarding of documents for civil marriage
Personnel documentation - for employees
How to fill out the wizard
- Mandatory fields are marked with "Must be filled in".
- Choose whether you are a private individual (birth registration number) or whether you represent a business (organization number).
- Title: What is the inquiry about? Please write the case number.
- Message: Here you can describe what the inquiry concerns.
- Consider whether the shipment contains special categories/sensitive personal data.
- Upload any attachments.
- Click on "Send form". The shipment will be encrypted and sent directly to the correct business. You will receive a receipt with a reference number by email or SMS.
When should you not use digital mail?
If the municipality offers its own electronic forms for this purpose, then you should use these instead - not digital mail.
