Here is an overview of what you can do if you have questions regarding an invoice you have received from us.
We send out different invoices from Askøy municipality, whether it's parental payments for municipal services you buy, or it's for water and drainage.
It is not always easy to understand all the invoices, so here is an overview of what you can do if you have questions:
Who do I contact for questions about an invoice?
The invoices we send out must include contact information. Then you can contact the right department straight away.
Where can I find invoice information?
- eInvoice/Debit card: Most people get invoices delivered directly in the online bank. Wondering what you paid for? See the invoice in your online bank.
- My invoice: On our website you will find a link to My invoice both under "Shortcuts" and at the very bottom of the page. Log in with BankID. You then get an overview of unpaid and paid invoices that are in your name.
- My page: On our website you will find a link to My page under Shortcuts. Log in with BankID. Here you get, among other things, an overview of letters from the municipality, messages from the Tax Agency and an overview of your properties.
